BEACH HOUSE GRILLED PORK CHOPS

Beach House Grilled Pork Chops

SAVORY. PEPPERY. MADE FOR THE GRILL.

SERVINGS: 4

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

COOK TIME: 12–16 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 22–26 Minutes

DIFFICULTY: Easy

Thick-cut pork chops, a hot grill, and Beach House Blend are all you need for this easy coastal cookout favorite. Savory garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and a bright citrus finish bring plenty of flavor without covering up the pork.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops, 1–1¼ inches thick
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Beach House Blend
  • Fresh parsley, optional
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep the pork chops. Pat the pork chops thoroughly dry with paper towels. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  2. Season generously. Sprinkle Beach House Blend evenly over both sides of the pork chops, gently pressing the seasoning onto the meat so it adheres.
  3. Heat the grill. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and lightly oil the grates before cooking.
  4. Grill the chops. Place the pork chops on the hot grill and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until nicely browned and the thickest part reaches 145°F.
  5. Rest and serve. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.

SHORE TIP

Give those chops a rest. Pull the pork from the grill when the thickest part reaches 145°F, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. That short rest helps keep every bite juicy.

PAIR WITH

Garden Salad · Roasted Potatoes · Roasted Vegetables · Rice Pilaf

Keep the sides simple and let the grilled pork do the work. Roasted potatoes or vegetables make an easy cookout plate, while a crisp garden salad keeps things light.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

Make it boneless. Swap in thick-cut boneless pork chops and adjust the cooking time as needed to reach 145°F.

Add a little smoke. Toss a small handful of soaked wood chips onto the coals or into a smoker box for an extra layer of backyard flavor.

Try it with chicken. Use the same olive oil and Beach House Blend preparation on chicken breasts or thighs, cooking until the chicken reaches 165°F.

Take it indoors. No grill? Sear the seasoned chops in a hot cast-iron skillet and finish them in the oven.
